For commercial turfgrass consulting, soil testing, and landscape consulting projects at sports fields, MDUs, HOAs, or other commercial properties, we obviously work in North Texas. And we will also travel to most commercial properties in Texas that Southwest Airlines flies to from Love Field (we have even traveled as far as a ranch north of Big Bend). The commercial rate is $140 per hour + various lab fees and travel expenses.
For residential lawn consultant services and diagnostic work (including disease and soil testing), it is more nuanced. We offer a flat-rate consult for small residential properties and bill at a reduced hourly rate for larger properties.
